Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:
• The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. For international returns, shipping times may vary, so please plan accordingly.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your custom gift is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We may request photos to evaluate the issue and will promptly resolve it with a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved Keepsakes or custom Necklaces).
• Sale items or gift cards.
• Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (not applicable to our products).

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different custom gift return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order on our site.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days of receipt for any reason, no explanation required. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Follow the return process above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you within 3 business days about refund approval. If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
• Processing by your bank or card issuer may take additional time.
